At Aldi Süd you can charge your electric vehicles and bicycles free of charge and without registration with electricity from the photovoltaic systems on the roofs of Aldi. The charging stations with 22 kW charging stations in the cities and 50 kW fast charging stations near the motorway are located in Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Hesse, North Rhine-Westphalia and Saarland. All lithium cells and lithium batteries built into the vehicle must be manufactured according to the Quality Management System described in the transport regulations and must have successfully passed the UN Test Series 38.3. Before shipping a confirmation resp. declaration of confirmity needs to be on hand. Otherwise shipping is not possible.
